- She became interested in painting when she took art classes at Mac Ateer High School in San Francisco - USA. And earned her degrees from the Belair Beauty College in Houston Texas 1976. she is a self-taught artist, but she also had instructions from several senior Indonesian artists in the study of art painting technique. In her paintings and sculptures, life is shown as a struggle of movement. In abstract painting and sculpturing the artist has found a surprising freedom . She has exhibited in Solo and in groups in Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Surabaya -Indonesia, Rome-Italy, Athens - Greece, and The Hague-Holland, Cairo-Egypt. And Washington DC and New York City – USA – 2006 .Most of her works have been acquired by Indonesian and foreign art collectors.
